Our Organisation
The vision of the Chamber is to grow Townsville businesses. We have a mission to be the independent voice of the local business community.
The Chamber is an a-political, financially independent network. It advocates and lobbies on a vast range of issues and makes representations to advance the interest of its members in regional opportunities and community affairs. The Chamber offers quality networking as well as educational and promotional opportunities to its members.
The Chamber values its independence and integrity. It seeks a balanced view, representative of its members, to act with conviction.
The Chamber’s strategic goals for the 2010 to 2012 period is to
- improve its products, to provide members with value for their time and money; and
- improve its operations, to further its organisation
