Land 400 Phase 3 Industry Capability Roadshow

The Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning are seeking nominations from companies who would like to register an interest in participating in LAND 400 Phase 3 Australian Industry Capability roadshow in March/April.

Exact dates for Townsville will be announced after nominations have been received and notification of successful registration is expected to occur no later than the end of February 2020.

The meetings will provide local companies the opportunity to meet both Hanwha Defense Australia and Rheinmetall Defence Australia concurrently. Each local company will be allocated five minutes to deliver a pitch on their capabilities. This will be followed by five minutes for each of the shortlisted tenderers to ask questions of the companies offering.

Companies interested must be an Australian company, and identify opportunities in the Australian Industry Work Breakdown Structure (attached).

In the wake of health advice regarding physical distancing and restriction on social gatherings, the Townsville Chamber is temporarily suspending its event calendar. The CBD Coffee of Thursday 2 April is suspended and we will resume outdoors networking events as soon as safe to do so. The Business Matters presentation by Townsville City Council on Tuesday 31 March at YWAM has been postponed. We are investigating other ways to deliver Business Matters information sessions and will advise in due course. We thank you for your understanding.
