Meet Your Facilitator
Natasha Buttler
Certified Practicing Marketer (AMI) • MBA • Marketing Educator • 25+ Years Industry Experience
Natasha Buttler isn’t just a facilitator — she’s someone who has lived the journey this program is built around.
With 25+ years of real-world marketing and business experience — from writing an award-winning campaign for Elders Fertiliser to managing marketing for Woodstock Bourbon and Sutton Tools — Natasha brings more than credentials to this room. She brings perspective, and a track record of generating billions in sales.
As a Certified Practicing Marketer (AMI), MBA graduate, and Marketing Lecturer at James Cook University, she has spent years helping people bridge the gap between theory and real-world action — maintaining a 100% student satisfaction rating across every subject she’s taught. She is a registered mentor with the Queensland Government’s Mentoring for Growth program and an industry mentor for Griffith University’s Build a Better Business program.
Through her business, Boost Marketing Services, Natasha helps people and brands find their voice — whether that’s a business learning to tell its story, or an individual building the confidence to show up professionally and own their personal brand. Her mantra says it best:
“You can’t sell a secret. Helping businesses and people stop being one is what I do best.”
But what makes Natasha different isn’t just what’s on paper.
Like many of the women in this program, Natasha has navigated her own version of “what next?” — career pivots, regional relocations, and moments of rebuilding from the ground up. She knows what it feels like to lose your sense of direction, and what it takes to rediscover your strength and step forward again.
That lived experience shapes everything about how she facilitates: with empathy, structure, and a genuine belief in every person’s potential. Her approach is practical but deeply personal. We build skills, but we also rebuild self-trust.
“I love helping participants uncover the strengths they’ve forgotten they had — watching them move from ‘I’m not sure I can’ to ‘I absolutely can.’ That’s work that matters to me.”
Why This Program Works
Most people don’t lack ability. They lack clarity, confidence, and direction.
This program is designed to solve exactly that. Two days. A clear framework. Practical tools. Real industry connections. And a facilitator who genuinely cares about where you end up.
Delivered in partnership with the Townsville Chamber of Commerce, you’ll be connected to local employers, industry networks, and real opportunities in your own community.
⚠️ Places Are Limited
Each session is intentionally small to ensure every participant gets the attention and support they deserve. Once a session is full, it’s full. Register your interest early to secure your place.
