Nominations are closed now for the Townsville Chamber Business Awards, but there is still time to submit an application for your business. You don't need to be nominated. THe deadline for Applications is Monday 30th June.
BUSINESS OF THE YEAR
Recognises significant contribution to Townsville's business community through an unrelenting pursuit of excellence in Business.
SMALL BUSINESS OF THE YEAR
Recognises excellence in running a small business in Townsville. This category is for privately-owned companies with five to fifteen employees.
MICRO BUSINESS OF THE YEAR
Recognises excellence in running a micro business in Townsville. This category is for privately-owned companies with one to five employees.
EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR AWARD
Recognises a business that has demonstrated exceptional commitment to its employees, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
YOUNG BUSINESSPERSON OF THE YEAR
Celebrates outstanding individuals aged 35 and under, who have achieved significant success for their company and the city of Townsville.
EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
Celebrates outstanding individuals aged over 35, who have achieved significant success for their Corporate company and the city of Townsville.
YOUNG EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
Celebrates outstanding individuals aged 35 and under, who have achieved significant success for their Corporate company and the city of Townsville.
INNOVATION AWARD
For game-changing companies operating in Townsville that have developed nationally or globally competitive products, processes, or services. Nominations can be for a single product or service initiative or an overall strategy.
RAISING REGIONS AWARD
Organisations transforming the North Queensland region that have brought new industry development jobs, and raising the significance and reputation of the Townsville and North region
BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AWARD
Acknowledges companies that have transformed their business through initiatives, innovation or technological achievement, to grow their impact for customers or communities. Nominations can be for a single initiative or an overall strategy.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AWARD
For companies of all sizes making a positive impact through their business to tackle social challenges, support people and communities and help protect the environment.
