Townsville businesses raise key issues with Minister Dale Last

Townsville Chamber were delighted to host the Minister for Natural Resources and Mines, Minister for Manufacturing and Minister for Regional and Rural Development, Dale Last MP in the boardroom today. With a range of members from industries across the Ministers Portfolios, we talked through the myriad of challenges being faced by the business community. Payroll tax, trade shortages, domestic supply of raw materials, regional connectivity and housing were all hot topics. Townsville Chamber are grateful to the Minister for attending today and for listening to the priorities of our members. Giving the businesses of Townsville a voice at all three levels of government is one of our key pillars at Chamber and we look forward to continuing to advocate for positive change.
